How important is Continuing Education for an engineering graduate ?

Recommended Posts

The impulse to stay current and broaden one's horizons is one of the most important characteristics of the professional engineering workforce and such importance highlights the role of continuing education.

I welcome thoughts from senior engineers on the importance of continuing education  and suggetions to impart for young engineers.

Many engineers start out in the industry with only a bachelor’s degree to their name. This is a rarity in the world of major science professions, as most advanced professions require further education before you can enter that field. I am able to say this statement because I was also a student of top engineering colleges in Nagpur city, and what you say is absolutely correct.
